Develop and manage branch sales and operations plan to meet targets.
Coach and direct staff to achieve weekly and branch targets.
Promote cross selling between consumer, SME, and corporate segments.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement and manage the branch sales and operations plan to achieve the branch target.
Lead and manage visitations and engagements with local business communities.
Set, review and communicate sales targets to all levels of staff across the branch.
Review weekly sales targets/activities and identify coaching needs to ensure targets are met.
Maintain awareness of competitor activity and industry best practices.
Ensure cross selling and deep selling across product lines (conventional and Islamic).
Develop and maintain network of business contacts with local consumer, affluent and SME customers.
Promote the core values of the Bank and train branch staff.
Ensure clear customer focus and high service standards, resolving complaints timely.
Ensure policy compliance and no adverse audit findings.
