Job summary

Info-Tech Systems Integrators (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Administrator (Academy) to support the Academy's sales operations by handling enquiries, generating leads, coordinating sales activities and managing sales administration. You will work closely with the Business Development team to ensure efficient processes and top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities include qualifying leads, arranging appointments, preparing quotations, processing orders, invoices, and maintaining CRM data,

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English, Chinese, and BM.
• Proven experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or inside sales.
• Proven experience in admin tasks.
• Good relationship building and networking with clients from prior experience.
• Strong business sense and industry knowledge.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to travel to Q Sentral, Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and opportunities.
• Generate leads via inbound/outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, telemarketing and canvassing.
• Support sales by qualifying leads and arranging appointments.
• Respond to inquiries and provide information on training programmes and services.
• Upsell software solutions and training programmes to existing customers.
• Prepare quotations, process orders, and issue invoices while maintaining sales records.
• Compile monthly sales reports and related documentation.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to process quotations, orders, and training arrangements.
• Maintain customer information and sales activities in the CRM.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
