Job summary

Hanson Building Materials Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Sales Operations Support to coordinate with customers, plants, logistics and internal teams to ensure accurate orders and timely deliveries.

Key duties include processing orders, monitoring invoicing and payments, supporting credit applications and bank guarantees, handling customer enquiries and maintaining precise records for reports. This role is based in Penang and offers equal opportunity employment.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders, delivery orders, cash sales and payments.
• Coordinate with customers, plants, logistics, transporters and internal teams to ensure smooth deliveries.
• Monitor delivery documents, invoicing, payments and customer statements.
• Support customer credit applications, bank guarantees and related documents.
• Respond to customer enquiries on orders, deliveries, invoices and documentation.
• Support billing, rebates and credit/debit note processes.
• Coordinate permits, export royalty requirements and transporter arrangements.
• Maintain accurate system records and support sales/operational reports.
• Provide administrative support, including procurement coordination and audit documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
