Randstad Malaysia, a leading manufacturing and industrial solutions provider in Malaysia, is seeking a Customer Service Executive to manage end-to-end sales order processing and supply chain execution to ensure on-time delivery.

You will collaborate with production, procurement and logistics, oversee orders, inventory, and ERP records, and apply lean methods to meet schedules while maintaining accurate data and responsive customer service.

Formación

• Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in customer order processing, material planning, procurement, or supply chain execution.
• Background in manufacturing with understanding of logistics, tax, and customs regulations.
• Working knowledge of Tier-1 ERP systems and exposure to lean or production planning methods.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle tight timelines and changing market demands.
• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or related discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer orders, sales order issuance, and purchase orders in line with material requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material requirement plans to prevent supply disruptions or excess stock.
• Work with production, procurement, and logistics teams to facilitate smooth material flow and meet schedules.
• Communicate order status updates, resolve customer inquiries, and handle backorders effectively.
• Maintain accurate transaction records within Tier-1 ERP systems while tracking key metrics like order fulfillment and inventory turnover.
