Job summary

ADI Resourcing is seeking a Customer Sales Operations Specialist in Penang to manage order entry, nurture customer relationships, and optimize sales plans. You will collaborate across teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and responsive service, leveraging ERP/CRM systems and MS Office.

The role requires 3–5 years in a related field, strong communication, and fluency in English with Chinese skills highly valued.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; Chinese language skills are a must.
• Knowledge of basic to intermediate Supply chain is desirable.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce.com, SharePoint, Model N).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Sox compliant order entry and management of orders.
• Day to day management of customers accounts ensuring professional relationships.
• Optimize sales plans, maintain target inventory and meet metrics.
• Monitor sales forecast to identify supply-demand gaps.
• Collaborate with internal partners for operational efficiency.
• Act as focal point for customer operational issues/escalations.
• Identify continuous improvement and global best practices for customer support.
• Stay knowledgeable about products and services to support sales efforts.
