Job summary

Mewah Group, a leading integrated agri-business in edible oils and fats, is seeking a Sales Operations Executive in Malaysia. The role supports end-to-end sales activities, inventory coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth order fulfilment and exceptional customer service.

Fresh graduates are welcome. You will interact with multiple stakeholders across Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, Production and Suppliers, driving process improvements and accurate reporting to sustain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Marketing, Commerce, Operations Management or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 0-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Procurement or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders accurately through the ERP system.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, Production, and Suppliers to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock replenishment activities.
• Track stock movements and perform inventory analysis to optimize stock availability.
• Liaise with suppliers on product availability, pricing, delivery schedules, and procurement matters.
• Handle customer inquiries, delivery updates, and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Generate sales orders, invoices, credit notes, and operational reports.
• Maintain accurate sales, inventory, supplier, and customer records.
• Support reporting, documentation management, compliance activities, and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders accurately through the ERP system.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, Production, and Suppliers to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 0-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Procurement, or related fields.
• Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, edible oils & fats, or trading industries is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• ERP system experience (SAP, Navision, Microsoft Dynamics, Esker, SQL, etc.) will be an added advantage.
