We are looking for an Analyst, IT - Developments & Operations to support enterprise application development, ERP systems, and digital initiatives across the organization. Fresh graduates with a minimum CGPA of 3.5 and candidates with relevant working experience are encouraged to apply.
Assist in implementing new systems within the scope of application development and best-of-breed applications.
Assist in developing seamless integration between HQ, factories, and subsidiaries for Business Data Consolidation, Digital Analytics, and Smart Technology initiatives.
Assist in coding, testing, and debugging activities for new business requirements.
Provide guidance and recommendations to business users on the effective use of applications and IT technologies.
Support the development and enforcement of IT security policies, procedures, SOPs, and SLAs.
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
Able to travel when required.
Fresh graduates with a minimum CGPA of 3.5 are encouraged to apply.
2 to 5 years of hands‑on experience in application support and development for enterprise systems (ERP and/or Power Platform/custom applications).
Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2018
Understanding of C/AL concepts and objects (tables, pages, reports), and upgrade considerations to BC.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC)
AL language basics, extensions model (events/subscribers), RDLC reports, and permissions.
SAP ECC 6
Familiarity with key business processes (e.g., MM/SD/FI/CO/PP), basic navigation and troubleshooting (e.g., SE16/SE16N, SM37, ST22).
SQL proficiency (preferably Microsoft SQL Server): writing queries, joins, and debugging data issues.
Integration basics: REST/OData/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML payloads, and common authentication patterns.
Version control (e.g., Git) and working knowledge of Azure DevOps/Jira for backlog management, CI/CD, and release tracking.
Practical knowledge of ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
Experience in SDLC methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile (Scrum/Kanban), with exposure to story sizing, estimation, and backlog management.
Vendor coordination and UAT/user training experience.
Delivery experience with Power Apps (Canvas/Model-Driven) and Power Automate (Flows), including connectors and environment‑aware solutions.
Fundamental understanding of Dataverse entities, security roles, and solution export/import.
Knowledge of UI/UX.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Eager to learn and adapt to new technologies and business processes.
Strong sense of responsibility with good documentation practices.
