Mewah Group, a leading palm oil and edible oils producer, seeks an Executive in Shipping - Trade Processing based in Pasir Gudang. You will ensure accuracy of trade orders, monitor bulk shipping data, and verify import/export transactions align with contracts.
The role involves coordinating with stakeholders and maintaining compliant documentation. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in business/logistics, 1–2 years in shipping or trade processing, and strong English communication.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of trade orders and bulk shipping data.
Process and monitor trade-related activities, including trade processing, stock reconciliation, and transfer pricing.
Verify that all import and export transactions for bulk oil products comply with the respective sales and purchase contracts.
Prepare, review, and maintain trade, shipping, and contractual documentation in accordance with company procedures and work instructions.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of trade and shipping operations.
Ensure all trade-related records and documents are maintained accurately and in compliance with departmental procedures and regulatory requirements.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Information Management, or a related field.
1 to 2 years of working experience in shipping, logistics, trade processing, bulk commodities, or a related field.
Fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and keen interest in shipping and trade operations are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of shipping and international trade practices, including Incoterms. Exposure to the shipping, edible oils, or commodity trading industry will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with palm oil industry regulations and requirements, including PORAM, MPOB, MEOMA, and FOSFA rules.
Knowledge of import/export statutory and legal requirements.
Good command of English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Meticulous, detail-oriented, analytical, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
