Job summary

K-One Technology Bhd. and its subsidiaries, the K-One Group, invites applications for a Sales Operation Assistant (Contract 1 year) based in Petaling Jaya.

You will handle customer inquiries, process sales orders, issue quotations and invoices, collect payments, and support promotions and online channels. The role requires a minimum qualification of SPM or diploma, good communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 15–20kg.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or diploma or equivalent educational background.
• Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Basic computer literacy including spreadsheets and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Attend customer inquiries from walk-ins, phone, email and messaging platforms.
• Process sales orders, issue quotations and invoices, collect payments.
• Maintain records and support promotions and online order channels.
• Handle stock room duties and ensure accurate packing and dispatch.
