Job summary

Qualifications

• Candidate must have at least an SPM or Diploma in any field.
• Good communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to create and manage a task priority list based on company needs.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and resolve discrepancies in a reasonable amount of time.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantities for variation order works and quotations.
• Attend to customer inquiries and appointments to understand and satisfy customer needs.
• Ensure timely reporting on project work progress and reports to the Engineer.
• Ensure that our installation, servicing, and/or maintenance works are according to the work schedule.
• Plan, coordinate, supervise, and monitor works at the site and ensure site personnel follow company rules and regulations.
• Research information to support other teams and departments as needed.
• Keep track of and report on project progress.
• Complete any tasks assigned by the Engineer and Manager in an efficient and timely manner.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Engineer and Manager orderly and efficiently.
• Update and assist in work in progress.
• File documents as required.
