• Serve and assist customers in the retail store.
• Introduce and recommend XONE products according to customer needs.
• Develop strong knowledge of all XONE products.
• Achieve personal sales targets and maintain good customer service.
• Keep the retail area clean, organised and presentable.
• Perform other reasonable duties related to retail operations as assigned by management.
• Assist with daily e-commerce fulfillment during the morning.
• Prepare and pack customer orders accurately.
• Check orders and products before shipment.
• Assist with daily online order fulfilment and keep the fulfilment area organised.
• Carry out other related fulfilment duties assigned by management.
