Responsibilities

• Lead branch sales and operations teams to hit annual targets.
• Review weekly targets and coach staff as needed.
• Maintain awareness of competitor activity and best practices.
• Ensure cross selling and product-neutral selling.
• Approve quality credits per approving matrix.
• Develop and maintain network of Affluent/HNI and SME clients.
• Promote the bank's core values and staff development.
• Ensure high customer service standards and resolve complaints promptly.
• Ensure compliance with policies and branch audits.
