LAGENDA PROPERTIES BERHAD is seeking a proactive Sales Support Executive to help with sales administration, mortgage processing, and customer coordination. You will ensure accurate filing, maintain records from booking to SPA execution, and support interdepartmental collaboration with Sales, Legal, and Finance.

Based in Malaysia, the role emphasizes confidentiality, timely updates, and escalation of complex issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales administration or mortgage support.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams (Sales, Legal, Finance).
• Confidential handling of customer and financial information.

Responsabilités

• Process and verify sales documentation such as booking forms and records.
• Assist in maintaining accurate sales records from booking to SPA execution.
• Ensure proper filing and organization of sales documents (physical and digital).
• Support coordination with Sales, Legal, and Finance teams for transactions.
• Assist in preparation and submission of end-financing/mortgage applications to banks.
• Follow up with banks, solicitors, and customers on loan status.
• Update internal stakeholders on loan progress, approvals, and disbursements.
• Provide basic guidance on documents and procedures to customers.
• Act as support contact for sales administration and mortgage queries.
• Ensure all documents are complete, filed, and compliant with procedures.
