Job summary

Berjaya Property Berhad invites applications for an Assistant Sales Manager to oversee all aspects of sales administration, from sales transactions and Sale & Purchase Agreements to loan processing and vacant possession, based in Kuala Lumpur.

You will liaise with agents, purchasers, solicitors and bankers to ensure timely execution, maintain up-to-date records in the property software, and prepare weekly and monthly status and collection reports while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Studies or Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in sales admin/credit admin or related field in property development industry.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of sales administration, from sales transactions and Sale & Purchase Agreements to loan processing and vacant possession.
• Handle day-to-day sales administration operations, ensuring smooth after sales services.
• Ensure records stored in our property software system are up-to-date, accurate and easily accessible.
• Liaise with agents, purchasers, solicitors, bankers and interdepartmental teams to facilitate timely execution of Sale & Purchase Agreements and Loan Agreements.
• Monitor and follow up on progress billing aging to ensure timely collection.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks, including issuing internal memos and letters.
• Report outstanding collections and follow up with defaulters.
• Prepare weekly & monthly status reports, collection reports, and other reports as assigned.
