Astro Malaysia, a leading entertainment company, is seeking a dynamic Sales Team Lead to build and lead a team of Sales Agents responsible for promoting and securing sign ups and installations for Astro services.

You will coach, motivate and organize activities, manage documentation, and ensure targets are met in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Business/Commerce/Communications or in any relevant field.
• Able to lead and motivate the team.
• Strong interpersonal and service mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Find, recruit and establish a team of Sales Agents to promote and secure sign ups and installations for Astro services.
• Coach and motivate team members to achieve set sales targets and to provide good customer service.
• Plan, organise and implement sales activities to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure all documentation requirements are met and submitted in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities

Find, recruit and establish a team of Sales Agents to promote and secure sign ups and installations for Astro services

• Coach and motivate team members to achieve set sales targets and to provide good customer service
• Plan, organise and implement sales activities to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure all documentation requirements are met and submitted in a timely manner.
• Take immediate corrective action in cases where team members deviate from set policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma holders in Business/Commerce/Communications or in any relevant field
• Able to lead and motivate the team
• Able to interact with all levels of people and possess a service oriented mindset
• Independent, self-motivated and possess positive attitude, Results oriented
• Ability to work and manage in a fast pace and challenging environment
• Mature, dynamic and proactive
• Able to organize resources, present report and coordinate project work
