As part of our growth, you will lead a large sales team, drive market expansion, and manage regional operations, including assets, HR, budgeting, and compliance, to achieve revenue targets across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration or related field with minimum 8 years experience in Sales and Administration of a Sales Office.
• Lead and manage a large sales team. Ability to motivate and drive performance Planning & Organization skills.
• Leadership & influencing ability.
• Ability to delegate and empower.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales pipelines to ensure sales and revenue targets from all sales channels are achieved.
• Ensure strategies and promotion plans are executed by sales team to drive acquisition for all products.
• Set direction for business team to grow market share and increase productivity.
• Develop new business models/channels to execute growth plans for sales and revenue enhancement.
• Ensure all sales channels compliance to policies and take corrective actions to address performance deficiencies.
• Ensure strong market presence to drive brand awareness and penetration.
• Business development through initiation and implementation of local sales campaigns with selected business partners.
• Manage Astro physical presence in the Region, acquisition and management of assets, contracts/property leases, human resource planning, recruitment, training and development.
• Manage financial budget (OPEX & CAPEX) and maintain proper accounting procedures which includes fulfilment, stocks purchases from Retailers, account receivable and stock control.
• Inventory and Logistics Management, oversee third parties fulfilments centres, warehouse and Installers Management.
• Technical Operations/Business Compliance and Project Management

Job Responsibilities

What you will do:

Business Growth & Development
