Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking and customer visits.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts and drive repeat sales.
• Handle full sales cycle from lead generation to quotation and closing.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Prepare quotations and sales proposals and follow up with customers.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct regular customer visits and provide after-sales support.
• Monitor market trends and competitors' activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering
• Minimum 1 years of sales / business development experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and able to work independently.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a positive attitude may also be considered for selected positions.
• Possess a valid driving licence for positions involving field sales.
