Tech Harvest Capital is seeking a customer-focused sales associate for our Seri Kembangan boutique. You will engage customers courteously to understand their needs and offer tailored fashion advice, helping to drive sales and enhance the in-store experience.

You will assist in implementing promotions, provide detailed product information, restock and display merchandise, and stay current with fashion trends to maximise sales while supporting inventory processes and teamwork.

• 2. Assist in the implementation of sales strategy and promotion set by the company.
• 3. Provide comprehensive product information, including fabric content, care instructions, and sizing details, while maintaining a tidy and organized store environment through restocking merchandise and arranging displays.
• 4. Stay up-to-date on contemporary fashion trends and product offerings to proficiently assist customers and drive sales.
• 5. Collaborate with the team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the boutique, while also assisting with inventory management tasks, including receiving shipments, conducting stock counts, and slow-moving items.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• 1. Candidates must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in any field;
• 2. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner;
