Job summary

Lightcraft (KL) Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a junior-to-mid level field sales professional who thrives on meeting designers, architects and consultants, pitching lighting solutions, and building trust on site.

You will travel to design firms and project sites, follow up diligently, and develop lasting client relationships. A competitive base salary with uncapped commissions, full product training, and travel allowances support your success in this dynamic role.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience is a plus.
• Full product training on lighting systems so you feel confident speaking with designers from day one.

This is a junior-to-mid-level position for someone who loves being out in the field. Your primary focus will be active selling, building trust with industry professionals, and following up on exciting lighting projects.

Key responsibilities

Connect with Key Professionals: Visit, pitch, and collaborate closely with Interior Designers (IDs), Architects, and Consultants to get our lighting solutions specified into their projects.

Meet Clients Onsite: Step out of the office to visit clients or project sites to understand their layout and lighting needs firsthand.

Drive Sales & Relationships: Maintain close, meaningful connections with existing and prospective clients to ensure our brand is their top choice.

Master the Follow-Up: Keep sales and project timelines moving forward with diligent, helpful client check-ins.

About you

High energy, self-motivated, and deeply passionate about delivering great work.

You enjoy a dynamic workday that includes traveling to design firms and project sites.

Excellent communication skills with the confidence to speak with design and technical professionals.

Strong follow-up discipline to see project deals through from start to finish.

1–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience is a plus.
