Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience is a plus.
• Full product training on lighting systems so you feel confident speaking with designers from day one.
• Travel/transport allowances: covered expenses for client and project site visits.
• Competitive base salary with an attractive, uncapped commission structure.

Responsibilities

• Visit, pitch, and collaborate with Interior Designers, Architects, and Consultants to get lighting solutions specified into projects.
• Meet clients onsite to understand layout and lighting needs.
• Maintain close, meaningful connections with existing and prospective clients to ensure our brand is chosen.
• Keep sales and project timelines moving forward with diligent client check-ins.
