Job summary

Wah Ma Technology Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a results-driven sales professional to develop and implement sales strategies for plastic products. You will identify and approach new customers, distributors, and opportunities, and expand markets while maintaining strong relationships to increase repeat sales.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in a related field, strong communication and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel for customer visits and business development.

Job description

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.

Identify and approach new customers, distributors, dealers, and business opportunities.

Develop new markets and expand the customer base for plastic products.

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and increase repeat sales.

Conduct regular customer visits and understand customer requirements.

Prepare quotations, proposals, product presentations, and sales reports.

Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, deliveries, and payments.

Work closely with Production, Quality, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules within company guidelines.

Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues.

Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Provide regular sales forecasts and market feedback to management.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proactive, target-oriented, and able to develop new business independently.

Willing to travel for customer visits and business development.
