Job summary

OFFIX BUSINESS CENTRE SDN BHD is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to maintain existing customers, develop new business opportunities and promote our office equipment solutions, including photocopiers, plotters, interactive whiteboards and related office products.

The role involves visiting customers in KL & Selangor and surrounding areas, presenting products, preparing quotations, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fresh graduates welcome; training provided.
• Ability to communicate in multiple languages is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain good relationships with existing customers

• Follow up on sales enquiries, leads and potential customers
• Introduce suitable products and solutions based on customer requirements
• Prepare quotations and basic sales proposals
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations when required
• Follow up with customers throughout the sales process

• Maintain basic sales records and reports
• Work closely with the Marketing, Admin and Technical teams
• Travel to meet customers when required

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Sales Executive to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining existing customers, developing new business opportunities and promoting our office equipment solutions, including Photocopiers, Plotters, Interactive Whiteboards and other office solutions.

Job Responsibilities

Maintain good relationships with existing customers

Develop new customers and business opportunities

Follow up on sales enquiries, leads and potential customers

Introduce suitable products and solutions based on customer requirements

Prepare quotations and basic sales proposals

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations when required

Follow up with customers throughout the sales process

Achieve assigned sales targets

Maintain basic sales records and reports

Work closely with the Marketing, Admin and Technical teams

Travel to meet customers when required

Requirements

SPM / Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related fields

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Candidates without sales experience are welcome — training will be provided

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Positive attitude and willing to learn

Self-motivated and responsible

Able to communicate in Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia and English will be an advantage

Basic Microsoft Office knowledge

Possess a valid driving licence

Own transportation is required

Willing to travel when necessary

Coverage Area

Candidates may be required to visit customers within areas such as:

KL & Selangor(Main)/ Seremban and surrounding areas
