Digital Paper Sdn Bhd, a leading provider of IT and stationery solutions, is seeking a Sales Executive in Kota Damansara, Selangor. You will drive sales and distribution within the retail sector, applying your customer service and sales skills to grow our customer base and achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with warehouse and support teams, and representing the company at events when required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience.
• Diploma or STPM or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for reporting.
• Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia (BM) and English (written and spoken); Mandarin a plus.
• Driver's license preferred due to travel requirements.

We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Executive to join our team at Digital Paper Sdn Bhd, a leading provider of IT and stationery solutions. This is a full-time position based in Kota Damansara, Selangor. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and distribution within the retail sector, leveraging your exceptional customer service and sales skills to grow our customer base and achieve ambitious revenue targets.

What you'll be doing

Achieve Sales Targets : Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales goals

Sales Process Execution : Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing sales and processing orders accurately.

Store Presentation: Ensure the sales floor is well-presented, products are displayed effectively, and promotional materials are current.

Outreach & Promotion: Actively participate in promotional activities, product launches, and potentially represent the company at events or off-site locations as required.

Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate customer records & sales reports. Perform basic sales-related administrative tasks using Microsoft Office.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues, warehouse staff, and technical support to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Market Intelligence: Gather and report customer feedback and market trends to management.

Travel: Be willing and able to undertake outstation travel as required for client meetings, store support, or promotional events.

What we're looking for

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, (IT retail experience is a significant advantage).

Education: Preferably possesses STPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Technical Skills: Preferably possesses basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for reporting and communication.

Language Skills: Essential Fluency in both Bahasa Malaysia (BM) and English (written and spoken).

Highly Desirable: Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken). Additional dialects are a significant plus point.

Driving License: Possession of a valid driver's license is preferred due to potential travel requirements.

Proven Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to close sales, negotiate effectively, and build lasting customer relationships in a retail context.

Passion for Technology: A genuine interest in IT products and the ability to learn and explain technical specifications clearly to diverse customers.

Outstanding Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to engage confidently and professionally with customers and colleagues at all levels.
