Job Description

• Gather and understand customers’ business needs and requirements to recommend suitable products and solutions that improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Promote multifunction office equipment and business solutions, including printing, copying, scanning, faxing, and email solutions, to corporate customers.
• Generate new business opportunities through various channels, including social media, networking events, LinkedIn, customer databases, cold calling, and direct prospecting.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to identify potential customers and expand business opportunities.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and solution briefings to prospective customers.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and business solutions tailored to customers’ requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Collaborate closely with sales support teams to ensure smooth sales operations and customer service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
• Candidates with experience in corporate sales, commercial sales, office automation equipment, IT solutions, networking products, or related industries will have an added advantage.
• Strong sales-driven mindset with the ability to engage customers, deliver presentations, and achieve revenue targets.
