Rx Nine Trading Sdn Bhd is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Executive to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships. As a Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our business development efforts, identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role is essential to our company's expansion strategy and market presence in the region.

What you'll be doing

• Identifying and prospecting new business opportunities to expand the customer base
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Presenting product or service offerings to potential clients and delivering persuasive sales pitches
• Preparing and negotiating quotations, contracts, and sales agreements with clients
• Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators
• Gathering market intelligence and competitor information to inform sales strategies
• Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management
• Collaborating with internal teams including marketing, operations, and management to ensure seamless service delivery
• Attending industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to promote company offerings
• Following up with leads and clients to ensure conversion and long-term relationship building

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are advantageous
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within the region
• Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to handle rejection constructively
