Job summary

PC Group in Malaysia is seeking a driven Sales Engineer to bridge industrial automation solutions with client needs. You will design solutions, shape proposals, and drive delivery of process control, SCADA, IIoT, and Industry 4.0 systems across industries.

You’ll translate complex automation into business value and grow key accounts. The role requires 3–5 years in instruments/automation with project sales experience, Mandarin/English language skills, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronic & Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with process control instrumentation and SCADA systems.
• 3–5 years in instruments/automation with project sales, tender or proposal experience.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English is an added advantage.
• Experience with MES technologies, CitectSCada/Cimplicity, Historian, PLC systems; SQL a plus.
• Willing to travel and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver system solutions & support to clients.
• Prepare proposals and quotations for process control instrumentation, SCADA, IIoT, MES or Industry 4.0.
• Negotiate with clients to secure contracts/orders.
• Establish new accounts by identifying potential customers and organizing sales.
• Manage internal & external sales.
• Market company’s solutions for local & overseas markets.
• Develop sales plans to meet growth & revenue goals with the Sales Division Head.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
• Ensure maximum sales of the organization’s products.
