Job summary

Precision Control Sdn Bhd is seeking a driven Sales Engineer to bridge industrial automation solutions with client needs. You will design solutions, shape proposals, and drive implementations in process control, SCADA, IIoT and Industry 4.0 systems across varied industries.

Responsibilities include developing system solutions, preparing quotes, negotiating contracts, and growing accounts locally and overseas. Mandarin and English fluency plus willingness to travel are preferred.

Qualifications

Degree in Electronic & Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.
3-5 years of experience in Instruments/Automation with project sales/tender experience.
Fluent in Mandarin and English.
Willing to travel and capable of meeting tender deadlines.
Strong business communication, technical knowledge and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver system solutions and support to clients.
Prepare proposals and quotations for process control instrumentation, SCADA, IIoT, MES or Industry 4.0.
Negotiate with clients to secure contracts/orders.
Identify potential customers and plan sales activities to establish new accounts.
Manage internal and external sales and market company solutions locally and overseas.
Develop sales plans with the Sales Division Head and prepare forecasts.
