Job summary

Beckhoff Automation is expanding its team in Malaysia and seeks a dynamic sales professional to grow the Factory Automation market. You will identify and convert new Machine Builders and End Users, organize POC sessions with support from service teams, and propose tailored automation solutions.

The role requires a degree or diploma in automation/engineering and 0–3 years of related experience, with strong PLC/PC technology knowledge and B2B sales capabilities.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in industrial automation, engineering, or comparable technical qualification.
• 0–3 years of experience in industrial automation system integration.
• Strong background in automation solutions with PLC and PC technology.
• Good knowledge of the Malaysia automation market, especially PLC and HMI.
• Good sales and marketing skills with industrial B2B customers.
• Prior experience with multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Proactive, self-starter and team oriented.

Responsibilities

• be a hunter to grow the Factory Automation (FA) market.
• pursue new business opportunities in FA industries – identify and convert new Machine Builders, End Users / Manufacturers.
• organize proof of concept (POC) / testing / demo sessions with potential customers.
• work closely with customer service team/product specialists to propose solutions.
• develop local marketing strategies to target potential new customers.
• conduct sales presentations and product/solution demos.
• assist and organize marketing events such as seminars, exhibitions, and trainings.
• achieve sales goals and execute sales plans.
