Job summary

GATI PETROCHEM E&A SDN BHD in Malaysia seeks a motivated Sales/Business Development professional to drive growth for safety protection solutions. You will identify new business opportunities, build customer relationships, and provide technical support across projects.

You will work with customers and principals to follow up quotations, monitor the sales funnel, prepare monthly reports, and coordinate principal visits in Malaysia, contributing to ongoing business expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical or equaivalent
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Relevant Certification (if applicable)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Time Management and organization skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations and technical sharing for flame arrestor, PVRV, rupture discs, breather valves and safety relief valves.
• Build and maintain strong relationship with existing and potential customers through regular follow-up and engagement.
• Monitor the sales funnel, quotation status and project opportunities and conduct timely follow up with customers.
• Prepare monthly sales reports and update sales funnel.
• Arrange and coordinate Protego & Goetze principal visits in Malaysia, including customer appointments and discussions ongoing projects and new opportunities.
• Prepare customer visit summaries, meeting reports and contact lists to principal.
