Job summary

Customcraft (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a sales professional to drive Steam Turbine and 3 Phase Decanter product sales within Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand, while developing new markets and managing customer engagement.

The role requires 2–3 years of industrial sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to prepare quotations and technical documentation independently. This is an on-site position with standard working hours and negotiable salary.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of sales experience in industrial equipment or related industries.
• Experience in technical sales, tender submissions and project coordination is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to prepare quotations, proposals and technical documentation independently.

Responsibilities

• Sell Steam Turbine and 3 Phase Decanter and related products; develop market.
• Follow up with customers on complaints related to products.
• Coordinate turbine installation progress at workshop or site.
• Identify new prospects, prepare proposals and presentations; pursue opportunities.
• Monitor market developments and pursue new project opportunities.
• Ensure company procedures and standards are followed.

Job Description

• Responsible for Steam Turbine and 3 Phase Decanter sales and other products related.
• Steam Turbine and 3 Phase Decanter market development.
• Follow up with customer for any complaint if issue related to Steam Turbine and 3 Phase Decanter.
• Follow up the Turbine installation and assembly progress at workshop / site.
• Identify and meet new prospects, preparation of sales proposals, make presentations when required and follow up with prospective customers.
• Continuously monitor the market development and look for new project opportunities.
• Ensure company procedures and standards are maintained.

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in industrial equipment, machinery, steam turbine, decanter, or related industries.
• Experience in handling technical sales, tender submission, and project coordination is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Able to prepare quotations, proposals, and technical documentation independently.
• Capable of handling customer complaints and providing effective follow-up solutions.

Working Hours

• Monday - Saturday (alternate half-day)

Salary is negotiable based on experience
