Job summary

LKH Electric (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Outdoor Sales professional in Malaysia to drive cluster sales for Projects, MRO and plant improvements. You will build relationships, offer value-added services, and expand the customer base while meeting profitability goals.

The role requires a Diploma in Engineering, fluency in English, Mandarin and Malay, and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Travel and own transport are expected, with strong sales and negotiation skills.

Job Summary The incumbent is to achieve the Outdoor Sales and Profit Targets for the dedicated Cluster related to Projects, MRO & plant improvements activities. Job Responsibilities

Develop the dedicated cluster business by building up customer relationship through visitation, value-added services & solutions to maintain existing customers and increase sales and profit contributions；

Develop new potential customers for dedicated business cluster；

Work collaboratively within the cluster in achieving the sales and profitability target as set by management；

Provide timely response, technical solutions and exceeding customer expectations so as to ensure optimal service level；

Sustain cordial working relationship with business partners to achieve principal supports and be the trusted preferred partner；

Work collaboratively with business partner to develop and execute marketing programs to achieve brand partner's KPI;

Provide market intelligent related to competitor information, industry trends and market outlook；

Monitor and control the credit term and limit for the customers；

Close the sales and ensuring collectability of debts.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma with Engineering knowledge is required, preferably in Electrical Engineering/ Busbar Trunking System/ Data Centre;

Good communication skills, fluent in spoken English, Mandarin and Malay; We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

At least 2 years' experience in related industry;

Strong Problem-solving and decision-making skills;

Sales and negotiation skills;

Ability to work independently, self-motivated, positive attitude and teamwork;

Willing to travel and has own transport;

Use of office applications software.
