Job summary

Comrel Technologies Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales & Application Engineer (Electrical/Electronics) to prepare proposals, terms, warranties and delivery dates, and to consult with clients after sales for ongoing support.

The role involves identifying new customers, maintaining industry contacts, and following up on sales opportunities. You will oversee system installations, commissioning, and training to ensure optimal performance and project profitability.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical/Electronics engineering.
• Experience welcomed; fresh graduates encouraged.
• RF/Microwave experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin with strong communication.
• Willing to travel across Malaysia and possess a valid driving license.

Sales & Application Engineer (Electrical/Electronics)

To prepare proposal, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates. Consult with clients after sales to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.

Identify prospective new customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations, and attending trade shows and conferences.

Establish and maintain industry contacts that lead to sales.

Follow-up on all sales opportunities within a timely manner.

Performed complete system installation, commissioning and training to optimize system performance.

Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.

Project managed all jobs to ensure quality installation and adherence to project schedule in order to provide timely system turnover to client, while maintaining job profitability.

Requirements

Candidate is compulsory to possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics), or equivalent.

Applicant with lower educational certificate but with relevant working experience will be considered.

Relevant working experience in RF/Microwave environment will be an advantage.

Proficient in English & Mandarin with excellent interpersonal & communication skill. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Positive, self motivated & demonstrated abilities in working independently & as part of the team.

Focused with a passion and an aptitude for customer satisfaction.

Strong work ethic and "Can do" attitude

Applicant is compulsory to possess valid Malaysia driving license with own transport (Car).

Applicant must be willing to work across Malaysia.
