Job summary

LKH Electric (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Outdoor Sales professional in Malaysia to drive cluster sales for Projects, MRO and plant improvements. You will build relationships, offer value-added services, and expand the customer base while meeting profitability goals.

The role requires a Diploma in Engineering, fluency in English, Mandarin and Malay, and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Travel and own transport are expected, with strong sales and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop the cluster business by building customer relationships and providing value-added services and solutions.
• Develop new potential customers for the dedicated business cluster.
• Collaborate within the cluster to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Provide timely technical solutions and exceed customer expectations.
• Maintain cordial relationships with business partners to gain principal support.
• Collaborate with partners to execute marketing programs and KPI attainment.
• Provide market intelligence on competitors and industry trends.
• Monitor credit terms and debt collectability.
• Close sales and ensure debt collection.
