Job summary

Easteel Services (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive sales professional in Senai, Johor. You will identify and develop new sales opportunities, provide technical support to customers, and serve as the technical liaison between the company and clients to drive sales development and follow-up.

You will understand customer requirements, recommend suitable solutions, prepare quotations, manage key accounts, monitor payments, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Candidates with engineering background and construction industry experience are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/marketing (fresh graduates with strong academic results may also be considered).
• Experience in industrial products, preferably construction materials or industrial parts.
• Independent, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities while providing technical support to customers

• Persuade customers on how our products/services meet their needs
• Conduct market and competitor analysis, including pricing and win/loss tracking
• Gather market insights, prepare forecasts, and update relevant stakeholders
• Prepare reports and analysis to support sales and marketing activities
• Expand customer base and identify new market opportunities
• Manage key accounts and high-potential clients
• Prepare quotations and proposals for new and existing customers
• Monitor customer credit and ensure timely collection of payments
• Handle customer complaints promptly and coordinate internal teams for resolution

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
