Job summary

Humana International Group in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Executive / Sales Engineer for industrial automation. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building customer relationships, and delivering value-added products and solutions.

You will travel within the territory, meet customers, prepare quotations, and support after-sales service. Fresh graduates are welcome with training; 1-2 years of sales experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree or equivalent qualification.
• 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the industrial sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fresh graduates are welcome - product training and guidance will be provided.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates will have an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Promote and maximize market share through value-added products and excellent customer service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Conduct regular customer visits and develop new business opportunities.
• Follow up closely on sales enquiries, quotations, orders, and customer requirements.
• Achieve sales targets and business objectives within the designated territory.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Assist the Credit Control Department with outstanding payment collection when required.
