Job summary
Grundfos is seeking a Sales Development Engineer for CBS Malaysia in Shah Alam to drive demand generation and specification influence on key building and infrastructure projects. You will build strong relationships with consulting engineers, developers, and contractors to secure Grundfos specifications from design through order.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a science-based discipline required.
- Minimum 3+ years in commercial building services in Malaysia.
- Strong network with Malaysia-based M&E consultants and proven track record influencing specifications.
Responsibilities
- Drive demand generation and specification influence for Grundfos solutions.
- Build trusted relationships with consultants, developers and contractors to secure Grundfos specs.
- Conduct technical presentations, BIM/CAD design sessions and consultant seminars.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers, CSSC, Application Engineers and dealers from design to tender stages.
- Monitor building codes, energy standards and market dynamics; share insights with Marketing and KAMs.
