Job summary

Halton Malaysia is seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to drive growth in our Food Processing and Central Kitchen segment from Subang Jaya, Selangor. You will report to the Malaysia Sales Manager and work with the Sales Department to develop opportunities, present technical solutions, and close deals.

You will build relationships with customers, consultants, and contractors, manage projects through tender and design stages, and travel within Malaysia as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a mechanical, electrical, HVAC or related field.
• 2–5 years in sales, business development or technical sales.
• Experience in HVAC, ACMV, food processing, or construction is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand Halton's food processing and central kitchen business in Malaysia.
• Identify new opportunities with facilities, central kitchens, and institutional kitchens.
• Build relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Manage a healthy project pipeline to hit sales targets.
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations and tender submissions; follow negotiations and approvals.
