Job summary

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and a customer-friendly approach.
• Interest in sales, customer service and administration.
• Confidence in communicating with customers and explaining offered services.
• Positive attitude, responsible, meticulous and willing to learn.
• Able to use computers and basic applications such as Microsoft Office, WhatsApp and customer record systems.
• Experience in sales, customer service or administration is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Serve customer inquiries through telephone, WhatsApp and in-person with friendliness and professionalism
• Provide explanations to customers regarding services, treatments and packages offered by the centre
• Promote services and conduct follow-up with interested customers
• Build good relationships with customers to increase satisfaction and encourage repeat visits
• Manage appointment bookings and customer schedules
• Handle daily administrative tasks including data entry, customer record preparation and document filing
• Prepare brief sales reports and ensure customer records are updated
• Ensure smooth daily centre operations
• Execute other related tasks as required by the company
