Job summary

MMW Bone Alignment Centre (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a friendly and motivated individual to support clients on their recovery journey. You will engage with customers through WhatsApp, phone, social media, and walk-ins, guiding them through treatments, packages, and pricing.

In this role you will convert enquiries into appointments and sales, follow up with leads, and help build strong customer relationships while contributing to sales targets in a supportive wellness environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, social media and walk-ins, responding promptly and professionally.
• Explain treatment options, packages and pricing clearly, and assist customers before, during and after visits.
• Convert enquiries into appointments and sales, work towards individual and team sales targets, and follow up with potential customers.
• Maintain regular communication with new and existing customers, encourage continued treatment and engagement, and keep accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, appointments and sales.

MMW Bone Alignment Centre provides natural, non-invasive treatments by combining traditional Chinese bone alignment methods with modern wellness practices. We help clients manage conditions such as sprains, posture issues, scoliosis, slipped discs, sciatica, and chronic muscle or joint pain—without surgery or medication.

We are looking for a friendly and motivated individual who enjoys interacting with people and wants to play a meaningful role in supporting clients throughout their recovery journey.

You will also be involved in achieving sales targets and building good relationships with both new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service & Enquiries

Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, social media and walk-ins

Respond to customers promptly and professionally

Understand customer needs and provide suitable information about our treatments and services

Explain treatment options, packages and pricing clearly

Assist customers before, during and after their visits

Follow up with new leads and potential customers

Build rapport and maintain good relationships with customers

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable treatments or packages

Convert enquiries into appointments and sales

Work towards individual and team sales targets

Follow up with customers who have not yet confirmed their treatment or package

3. Customer Relationship Management

Maintain regular communication with new and existing customers

Encourage continued treatment and customer engagement

Handle customer concerns professionally and escalates matters when necessary

Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, appointments and sales
