Assist TCM physicians with treatment handling and herbs dispensing, perform administrative tasks, keep the reception area clean, and help maintain accurate records. We offer multiple work locations (SS2, One Utama, Sunway Pyramid) and a competitive package with yearly raises.

Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent education background.
• Polite and friendly demeanor.
• Proficient in using computer.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls courteously and schedule appointments.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patients' inquiries and requests promptly.
• Assist TCM physicians in treatment handling and herbs dispensing.
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
• Keep the reception area, lobby and treatment rooms tidy and presentable.
• Stock taking and ordering to maintain optimal stock level.
• Offer suitable treatment package recommendations to patients.
