You will lead a team, develop sales strategies, deliver wellness services, and coordinate events and marketing campaigns. Mandarin-language ability is preferred to serve Mandarin-speaking clients; English communication is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years in wellness/retail management or related roles.
• Strong sales leadership and people management skills.
• Good presentation, training and product explanation abilities.

Aufgaben

• Manage daily operations and overall performance of the wellness centre.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Explain health management concepts and company products/services to clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide professional wellness consultations.
• Plan and organize health talks, wellness workshops, product demos, and member activities.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Lead, train, and motivate the team to improve productivity and sales performance.
• Manage staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and work assignments.
• Analyze operational performance, market trends, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Maintain effective communication and coordination with headquarters and other departments.
