Job summary

REN Wellness Retreat, by ERMS Berhad, seeks a front-d desk/clinical support assistant to aid traditional and complementary medicine services. You will translate for TCM consultations, guide patients through treatments, and prepare herbal prescriptions in coordination with practitioners.

You will assist with equipment setup, ensure comfortable environments, handle scheduling and billing support, and liaise between foreign practitioners and local clients.

Qualifications

• At least SPM holder.
• Fresh graduates in healthcare related studies are welcomed.
• Experience in healthcare or customer service is a plus.
• Basic understanding of TCM therapies and patient care.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin/Cantonese skills are a plus.
• Willing to work on a rotational basis including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Translate during patient consultations.
• Guide patients through treatment processes and provide instructions.
• Prepare herbal prescriptions as instructed by practitioners.
• Set up therapy equipment and prep treatment rooms.
• Support appointment scheduling and front-desk duties.
• Liaise between foreign practitioners and local patients.
