You will lead a team, develop sales strategies, deliver wellness services, and coordinate events and marketing campaigns. Mandarin-language ability is preferred to serve Mandarin-speaking clients; English communication is essential.

We are looking for a proactive and capable Wellness Centre Manager to oversee daily operations, business growth, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate should have experience in wellness, beauty, healthcare, supplements, retail, or related industries, and be able to lead a team, drive sales performance, and provide professional wellness solutions to clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations and overall performance of the wellness centre.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Explain health management concepts and company products/services to clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide professional wellness consultations.

Job Requirements

• SPM or above.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in wellness, beauty, healthcare, supplements, retail, or related management roles.
• Experience in sales management, business development, or team leadership is preferred.
• Candidates with established industry networks and client resources will have an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of nutrition, health supplements, wellness management, or pharmacy is preferred.
• Familiar with marketing, event planning, and customer service activities.
• Good presentation, training, and product explanation skills.
• Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Able to plan and execute projects independently.
• Able to communicate in both English and Mandarin-speaking ability is preferred.
