Aconland Holdings Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Sales Support / Admin to assist the Sales Team with daily coordination, customer inquiries, quotations, and order processing. You will prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, delivery orders and related documents, while maintaining accurate customer records and filing.

You will also support sales executives with follow-ups, coordinate with warehouse and logistics, monitor orders, and generate regular sales reports to ensure smooth

Qualifications

Prepare quotations, Sales Orders, invoices, Delivery Orders and related documents.
Maintain accurate customer records and filing.
Assist Sales Executives with customer follow-ups and sales support activities.

Responsibilities

Assist Sales Team with daily sales coordination and administrative tasks.
Prepare quotations, SOs, invoices, DOs and PO documents.
Handle customer inquiries and provide basic product information.
Follow up on quotations, orders, payments and deliveries.
Coordinate with Warehouse, Purchasing, Accounts and Logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
Monitor sales orders and update order status.
Arrange and coordinate delivery schedules with customers and internal teams.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and other sales-related reports as required.
