Job summary

Salutary Avenue Manufacturing Services Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Sales Admin to support the Sales team with documentation, quotes, orders, and customer communications.

You will coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing and maintain accurate customer records. The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales, and strong English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field
• Strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and other sales documents
• Handle customer enquiries and provide product or service information
• Prepare and process sales orders and Purchase Orders (PO) and related docs
• Follow up with customers on quotations, orders, deliveries, and payments
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Store, and Finance for orders
• Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and databases
• Assist in preparing monthly sales reports and performance updates
• Support meetings, appointments, and customer visits
• Handle filing and admin tasks for the Sales Department
• Maintain good relationships with customers and provide excellent service
