Job summary

Aconland Holdings Sdn Bhd in Subang Jaya, Malaysia is seeking a Sales Support Officer to assist the Sales Team with daily sales coordination and administrative tasks, prepare quotations, SOs, DOs, PO, and related documents, handle customer enquiries, and follow up on orders and deliveries.

You will coordinate with Warehouse, Purchasing, Accounts, and Logistics to ensure timely processing and delivery, maintain accurate records, and prepare regular sales reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Team with daily sales coordination and administrative tasks.
• Prepare quotations, Sales Orders (SO), invoices, Delivery Orders (DO), Purchase Orders (PO), and related documents.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide basic product/service information.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, payments, deliveries, and outstanding matters.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Purchasing, Accounts, and Logistics teams to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.
• Monitor sales orders and update order status accordingly.
• Arrange and coordinate delivery schedules with customers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales documents, and filing.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and other sales-related reports when required.
• Assist Sales Executives with customer follow-ups and other sales support activities.

Job description

Support the Sales Team in handling daily sales administration, customer enquiries, quotations, sales orders, delivery arrangements, documentation, and follow-up to ensure smooth sales operations and customer service.

Key responsibilities

Prepare quotations, Sales Orders (SO), invoices, Delivery Orders (DO), Purchase Orders (PO), and related documents.

Handle customer enquiries and provide basic product/service information.

Follow up on quotations, orders, payments, deliveries, and outstanding matters.

Coordinate with Warehouse, Purchasing, Accounts, and Logistics teams to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.

Monitor sales orders and update order status accordingly.

Arrange and coordinate delivery schedules with customers and internal teams.

Maintain accurate customer records, sales documents, and filing.

Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and other sales-related reports when required.

Assist Sales Executives with customer follow-ups and other sales support activities.

The company is currently a leading supplier and distributor of air-conditioning, refrigerating and its related components, parts and equipment in all the state such as Klang Valley, Negeri Sembilan, Johor Bahru, Kuantan and Kota Kinabalu. Other than supplying air-conditioning and refrigerating parts or components, Aconland sales also ventured into the sector of air moving equipment such as ceiling fan, ventilating fan and home shower system. To date, it has a total of 80 staffs running twelve outlets in Malaysia.
