Job summary

CTC Titanium Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Sales Administrator to support our growing sales team from the Nilai, Negeri Sembilan area. You will own order management end-to-end, ensure precise documentation, and coordinate inventory and production to keep deliveries on track.

The role requires at least 1 year in a similar function, a Diploma or Degree, and strong Mandarin and English communication. Familiarity with SQL Accounting or AutoCount is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in sales coordination, sales support, order processing, sales administration, order management, or operations support.
• Diploma or Degree in any field – attitude and willingness to learn valued.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Order Management: track, process, and manage sales orders from confirmation to delivery.
• Documentation Excellence: prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and delivery orders with precision.
• Inventory Coordination: monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent shortages and fulfill orders on time.
• Production Liaison: issue job sheets to production and ensure orders progress without delays.
• Customer & Stakeholder Coordination: act as point of contact for customers, sales execs, and internal teams.
• System & Record Management: maintain accurate records using SQL, AutoCount, or similar systems.

You’ll be the operational backbone of a growing sales team—the trusted person who keeps orders moving, customers informed, deliveries on track, and no detail overlooked.

What You’ll Own

• End-to-End Order Management - Track, process, and manage sales orders accurately and efficiently—from confirmation through to delivery.
• Documentation Excellence - Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and delivery orders with precision and attention to detail.
• Inventory Coordination - Monitor stock levels proactively and coordinate replenishment to prevent shortages and fulfil orders on time.
• Production Liaison - Issue job sheets to production teams and ensure confirmed orders progress smoothly without unnecessary delays.
• Customer & Stakeholder Coordination - Act as a key point of contact for customers, sales executives, and internal teams—ensuring clear communication and seamless delivery.
• System & Record Management - Maintain accurate, up-to-date records using SQL, AutoCount, or similar sales and accounting systems.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in sales coordination, sales support, order processing, sales administration, order management, or operations support
• Diploma or Degree in any field—we value attitude, capability, and a willingness to learn
• Strong written and spoken Mandarin and English skills to communicate confidently with our diverse customer base
• Hands‑on experience with SQL Accounting, AutoCount, or similar ERP/CRM, data entry and accounting software
