Job summary

ALUNOX INDUSTRIAL SDN BHD in Johor Bahru is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support/Administration Assistant to manage order entry, deliveries, and customer updates. You will liaise with operations and coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely information flow.

Fresh graduates are welcome and on-the-job training is provided. The role offers commissions, yearly bonus, and annual increments, with a salary ranging based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Diploma in related field required.
• Preferably 1 year experience in Sales.

Job description

To key in customer orders, arrange and keep track on all deliveries.

Perform timely and accurate updates of information to customer.

Follow up and liaise with operations and customer on delivery schedule.

Organize, arrange for goods delivery and planning on stock control.

Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior from time to time.

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess Minimum Diploma in related field.

Preferably with 1 year experience in Sales.

Salary: RM2,800.00 ~ 3,500.00++with commission provided; salary is negotiable based on experience & qualifications.

Pay will commensurate with qualifications & experience.

Working Hours: 8.30AM to 6.00PM (Monday to Friday)
