CTC Titanium Sdn. Bhd.

in Malaysia seeks an HR, Payroll and Admin professional to support day-to-day human resources, payroll processing and office administration. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, monthly payroll using SQL Payroll, statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB), attendance, leave, overtime and foreign worker matters while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with Malaysian labour laws.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and payroll requirements.
• Experience using SQL Payroll is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment, onboarding and employee records.
• Prepare monthly payroll using payroll software such as SQL Payroll.
• Manage EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB submissions.
• Monitor attendance, leave and overtime.
• Handle foreign worker permits, medical check-ups and hostel matters.
• Manage staff welfare and general office administration.
• Handle purchasing, including sourcing suppliers, comparing quotations, issuing purchase orders and following up on deliveries.

This role encompasses human resources, payroll, and administrative functions within the organisation.

• Prepare monthly payroll using payroll software such as SQL Payroll

About you
