Job summary

LB Aluminium Berhad in Malaysia seeks a Sales Administration Coordinator to support daily sales admin functions, process customer orders to meet delivery deadlines, and liaise with Despatch to arrange local deliveries while ensuring prices align with the price list.

You will compile daily order status reports for the Sales Admin Manager, handle telephone orders, coordinate with Finance for credit/debit notes, and maintain accurate data entry in the ERP system to ensure timely and accurate

Qualifications

• Experience with order processing and data entry in ERP.
• Able to liaise with Despatch, Finance and Planning to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintaining price lists.

Job description

To maintain daily sales administration functions.

Ensuring customer’s orders are processed to meet delivery dateline.

Liaise and coordinate with Despatch Department to ensure finished goods delivery arrangement for local market.

To compile and provide to date information to Sales Admin Manager about customer’s order status.

To attend to customers’ through telephone order.

To liaise with Finance department to ensure credit / debit note are issued and provide sale / average price report to Finance department.

Monitor customer orders with Planning Department to ensure orders are completed within stipulated dateline and arrange delivery.

Preparing confirmation of orders upon receiving the purchase orders from customers, load in internal order for planning department and preparing daily delivery schedule

Ensuring all the selling prices to customers is matching with our price list.

Responsible for accurate data entry and maintenance in the ERP system.
